Morning Reset Support

Morning Reset is designed for the morning you reach for your phone. From the night you set your wake time, it waits on your lock screen via a Live Activity, ready to greet you when you turn on the screen.

How Morning Reset reaches you

• Lock-screen Live Activity (iOS 16.1+): a persistent Morning Reset card stays on your lock screen from bedtime to your wake time. Tap it before anything else.
• Local notification backup: at your scheduled wake time, a notification also fires so you have a second touchpoint.
• Morning Reset does not replace your trusted alarm. Keep using the iOS Clock alarm to wake up.
• If your phone is in Silent or Focus mode, the notification may be quiet, but the Live Activity is still visible on your lock screen.
• The core morning ritual works without Premium.
